    Adrenalin junkie Zoe is all things fitness; from marathon running to triathlons. Before qualifying as a Personal Trainer, she started out as a health and safety consultant for an adventure brand. Simply put, it was her job to ensure that every one was safe whilst living their best life. This ethos hasn't left her, after running 12 half marathons in the last 12 months! As well a being a PT, Zoe is also a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Nutritional Advisor, Kettlebell, Boxercise, Circuits and Spinning Instructor. There is nothing this local girl doesn't know about health and fitness.
